Science is now confirming that our bodies and very cells are made up of particles (and sometimes waves) of energy. From the electro-magnetic energy fields that surround our body, to the forces which propel our blood, nervous system messages, and emotional responses to trauma, stresses, or memories – we are just beginning to understand how the body can organize and heal itself at the cellular and quantum level.

From the “new science” perspective of quantum physics, we are all connected, and are all essentially beings of light and energy.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese hands-on healing technique, where universal life force energy, or Ki, is allowed to flow from the hands of a practitioner to organs and energy centers of the body.

Reiki is often used not only for physical relaxation, but for the healing of emotional and spiritual trauma. Reiki can be performed in person or from a distance.

I offer Reiki Sessions by appointment for both in-person healing and healing at a distance.  I have developed a unique style to my Reiki Sessions by incorporating Druid Symbology, Acupressure, and the use of stones throughout.
